I don't visit salons very often, I find them a bit intimidating, I was however very much looking forward to having some 'me' time. The Beauty Rooms have such a wonderful calming atmosphere. I felt totally at ease and very comfortable. I was made to feel most welcome and not just another customer on the production line. Jordan was very professional. She informed me, when necessary of the next procedure. She wasn't full of inane chatter and was happy to allow the silent times. Her focus was on me at all times. There was no cross chatter among the other beauticians which you often find happens in other salons, particularly at this time of the year.

So friendly and welcoming, lovely treatment rooms and I had an amazing all over body scrub, I will definitely be going back. Thank you x

I’d booked a hot stones massage on Sunday as a treat for a very occasional day off on Monday morning. Everything was perfect and I couldn’t have asked for anything better - the massage was one of the best I’ve had, Lauren paid special attention to the areas I had highlighted beforehand and left me feeling relaxed and pampered.
