CHILDREN
We regret that children are unable to accompany parents in the salon out of consideration for our other clients. We can treat minors over the age of 12 years however a parent/guardian must be present and sign a consent form.
CANCELLATION POLICY
24 hours notice is required to cancel an appointment. Failure to do so will incur a charge of 50% of the cancelled appointment. Late arrivals will result in your treatment time being adjusted accordingly.
MOBILE PHONES
We ask that your mobile phone is turned off when visiting so that we can maintain a calm and tranquil environment for you and our other clients at all times.
