Abbie was vey professional . Abbie aked me about my skin and if I use any products. She listened to what I had to say. She explained what was involved as I haven't been before. Abbie then suggested some things she was going to do. I agreed as it sounded good. After Abbie suggested some thing I might use to improve my skin. I left very satisfied.
