A therapeutic and geothermal massage therapy involving the use of heated basalt stones and cool marble stones to reduce muscle pain, tension and stress. The heat from the stones gently penetrates into the muscles for deeper relaxation and wellbeing.
REFLEXOLOGY

Reflexology is a therapy which uses manipulation and massage of the reflex points on your feet to bring the body back into balance. The feet are like mini maps of the body’s anatomy so when we massage and apply pressure to reflex points on the feet the connected areas of the body will feel the benefit.
