Our cancellation policy helps us keep our business running sustainably, so we can continue to provide the high standard of treatments and care you expect from us. We really appreciate your understanding.

 

Our booking terms

• Cancellations and rescheduling: We require 24 hours' notice to cancel or change an appointment. If less than 24 hours' notice is given, a charge of 50% of the total appointment cost will apply.

• Longer appointments: For appointments lasting over 3 hours, a 50% deposit will be taken 3 days before your appointment to secure your booking. Once the deposit has been taken, it is non-refundable if you subsequently cancel or reschedule your appointment.

• Late arrivals: If you arrive late, your treatment time may need to be shortened to avoid inconveniencing the clients booked after you.

Please let us know if you have ANY medical conditions before you book an appointment with us.  Please contact the salon if you have been recently diagnosed with or are being treated for cancer or if you are in the first trimester of pregnancy. A doctor's note may be required before a treatment can be carried out.

Please note we are unable to remove gel polish which has been applied by another salon. We can only remove gels which have been applied by Georgina Beauty Rooms.
