1. Body brushing – brush your dry naked body everyday before you shower using long, sweeping strokes towards your heart.  The benefits include softer, smoother and healthier skin, encourages your body to eliminate nasty toxins, helps to reduce cellulite and stimulates your circulation.

2. Drink, drink, drink – loads of water!  Also, instead of a coffee or tea try a Pukka Three Ginger tea, they are gorgeous.  Ginger is great for your digestion and helps to relieve bloating.  Try sparkling water with a squeeze of fresh lime – very refreshing!  
Hot water with lemon first thing in the morning is a great way to start the day and help flush out toxins. 

3. Massage – not only does massage help you relax and make you feel good it has amazing physical benefits.  Massage stimulates your lymphatic system which is your body’s natural immune system and encourages the removal of toxins from your body.  Your circulatory system is also stimulated helping oxygen and nutrients to reach your tissues and vital organs.  

4. Aromatherapy oils – add a few drops of cleansing essential oils to your bath. Juniper berry helps to stimulate your kidneys and rosemary to help stimulate your liver, both of these organs detoxify the body. Or you could try pine, tea tree, mint, lemon, sage or bay. 

5. Eat – lots of fresh fruit and vegetables! Garlic stimulates the liver into producing detoxification enzymes and berries are high in antioxidants. Oranges, lemons and limes are high in vitamin C which is one of the best detox vitamins around as it transforms toxins into digestible material.
