24 hours notice is required to move or cancel an appointment. We will charge 50% of the total cost of the cancelled appointment if 24 hours notice is not given.  For appointments over 3 hours long, a 50% non-refundable deposit will be taken 3 days in advance. Late arrivals will result in your treatment time being adjusted accordingly.

Please let us know if you have ANY medical conditions before you book an appointment with us.  Please contact the salon if you have been recently diagnosed with or are being treated for cancer or if you are in the first trimester of pregnancy. A doctor's note may be required before a treatment can be carried out.

Please note we are unable to remove gel polish which has been applied by another salon. We can only remove gels which have been applied by Georgina Beauty Rooms.
